Research On The Pre-Project Construction And Planning Of Youxian Xiangdongnan Logistics Park

Logistics Park is a driving force to realize regional economic development. And a good logistics park requires a scientific analysis and decision-making as a support. In recent years, the construction of logistics park is the key of regional economic development at all levels, which plays an important role in promoting comprehensive development and economic strength to improve logistics park based regional comprehensive development and economic strength improvement. Youxian is located in the border of three cities and two provinces. It is suggested to seize the opportunity of Heng Chaji railway operation and High-speed railing into the planning phase, depending on the policy advantage of Zhuzhou sub-center construction so that gradually form a logistics-based economic synthesis. During the process of study, this paper mainly takes the example of planning and construction of Youxian’s Southeastern Hunan Logistics Park, making comprehensive analysis on its layout and prospects so that provides a scientific way of logistics park’s development.Firstly, this paper makes analysis of the current economic development of surrounding counties near Youxian, including mineral distribution and logistics quantity; Secondly, this paper analyzes the economy and industrial distribution of Youxian; Third, it analyzes the location of southeastern Hunan logistics Park Project and comprehensively considers the development of surrounding traffic, making comprehensive description of the feasibility of the project in policy and techniques etc. aspects. Meanwhile, this paper adopts SWOT to make analysis of the factors which influences logistic park construction to make park construction more reasonable. Then, the paper study the functions and layout of Southeastern Hunan Logistics Park, proposing that the logistics park should be equipped with modern functions to make "Six major functional areas". What is more, the paper study the land coverage and future development of each function area, and then evaluates the project of economic and social benefits. Finally, this paper concludes this project’s construction plan as well as the insufficiency and future study direction.
