High-speed railway which is an important new vehicle in modern times has vigorously developed all over the world. It plays a significant role, which is not only greatly shortened the distance of travel, but also promotes contact of national economic and social. Although the development of high-speed rail started relatively late in China, it has developed at a high speed in recent ten years, and basically formed a network covering the whole country. With the economic and social development into the new normal, the network not only makes our country transportation being optimized, but becomes an important strategic choice to promote city, city circle formed a new pattern of the spatial structure. Along the area of highspeed railway station becoming the most valuable nodes, naturally, people start to focus on it. In order to take advantage of the high-speed brings to further development of our cities, every station begins construction successively.From the development of area of high-speed railway station reality, it is not really ideal in our country. In addition, level of development about urban economy,city scale and the geographical location, land use policy is one of the most important factors for status of land use,. From the point of the research situation of the domestic existing, the focus of the scholars study is the area of high-speed railway station of the space and its influence on the development of the urban economy, but there is not researching from the perspective of public management. This paper catches this point,introduces and analysis on this issue from the perspective of policy, and puts forward reasonable policy advice.The paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic, and summarizes the involved the area of high-speed railway station of research results, and briefly introduces the structure and main contents of this paper. In the second chapter, the basic concepts is defined,such as the area of high-speed railway station, economical and intensive use of Land policy, the location theory, TOD theory and public choice theory, as its theory basis.The third chapter briefly combs the main land-use policies in China. The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper, which introduces situation of high-speed railway development in our country, classifies and summarizes the high-speed railway station,then focuses on analysis of the area of high-speed railway station land use, as well as its land use policy existing the issue. The fifth chapter, combining with cases at home and abroad, analyzes five typical land use types about the area of high-speed railwaystation, namely geographical center, transportation hub, cultural tourism, industrial development and agriculture-friendly, provides a basis for reasonable land policies.The sixth chapter, Linking with our country actual conditions, puts forward reasonable suggestions for five different area of high-speed railway station types of land use, hopes to promote the area of high-speed railway station rational land use to provide some reference.
