Study On The Appropriate Work In China

In recent years, we often see some reports about overwork and "karoshi" in newspapers and network. In the process of modernization, industrialization and informatization in our country, overwork, a modern disease which produced in the developed countries, has come into China and been a common problem.According to the related literature in China and abroad, the paper states the situation of overwork study. Based on the theories and reality, I found that it was difficult to guarantee the rights of workers to work appropriately. The paper describes the whole level and characteristics of overwork according to the data collected from the questionnaires across the country. About 60% workers face the problem of overwork. It is really necessary to research the problem of overwork. And then, the paper analyses the reasons of overwork in 2 ways, including quantitative and qualitative analysis. Due to this problem exists not only in China, but also in Europe, the United States and Japan, the paper puts forward the proposals to resolve the problem on the basis of draw lessons from foreign experience.
