The Forestry Secondary Industry Comparative Advantage In Heilongjiang Reclamation Area

Forestry as an important part of agriculture in the national economic construction,ecological balance of nature and people’s living has special status and function. The forestry of Heilongjiang Reclamation Area is an important part of forestry in Heilongjiang province, and clarifies the research period of forestry in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area sub industries of comparative advantage to develop Heilongjiang Reclamation Area of farmland consolidation achievement of forest and lower reclamation rate policy to provide a reference for formulating in rural areas of Heilongjiang province.In the first forest industry in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area in forestry cultivation and planting, the three secondary industries of forest product collection industry and forest industry are the research objects. According to the data of the year of 2004~2015 "statistical yearbook of Heilongjiang Reclamation Area", the gray correlation method, location quotient and deviation-share analysis of Esteban model are used to analysis of the industrial status of the secondary industry, scale comparative advantage and value increment of comparative advantage; and the improved GM(1, 1) model has been used to predict the output value of first forestry industry and its various sub industries in 2015~2018 years.During the study period, the results show that dynamic correlation between forest cultivation and planting industry and the total output value of the first industry is higher than that of forest product collection and forest production; forest cultivation and planting location quotient values are greater than 2. The location quotient value of forest product collection industry is between 0.3485~1.1660, the location quotient value of forest industry is0.2042~1.7670, which shows that the cultivation and planting industry has the comparative advantage of the production scale; the dynamic analysis results of Esteban model show that the cultivation and planting industry has the advantages of pure competitive ability, industrial structure and competitive interaction advantage, and for the production of specialized collection of forest products industry; with the advantages of industrial structure and pure competitive advantage; forest harvesting industries with pure competitive advantage and the two part were non professional production.In the prediction, the non smooth raw data which cannot be processed by the metabolic method is processed by the logarithm method; the background value and initial value of GM(1,1) prediction model were adjusted. The results showed that forestry total output value of the primary industry and its secondary industry output value in the future 4 annual presentation increasing trend in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area. The output value of cultivation industry are higher than that of he other two secondary industries. The results show that with reference to the forestry in Heilongjiang province and Heilongjiang Reclamation Area. The first industry does not have the size of comparative advantage, but the secondary industry of forest cultivation and planting scale comparative advantage; from the point of view of forestry in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area, the first industry of forest and its secondary industries by contrast, forest cultivation and planting industry has comparative advantage.
