Research Of Quality Management Process Optimization On CSS Company

Since the beginning of the 90 s of the last century, global enterprise industry sustainable developed. After entering the 21 st century, domestic automotive industry started to grow. Benefit from the supporting of the domestic policies, the domestic automobile market developed rapidly, the domestic production of international brands, the R & D and production of domestic independent brands, all the above elements made the domestic auto industry occupy a place in the international automobile industry. However as events continued to occur in the vehicle quality problems, the bloody lessons told us that only high quality products could get more orders, produce all satisfied and pround automotive products. A car is made up of parts according to drawings assembly together, so improving the quality of parts is the first step of improving the quality of a car. In this case, China’s automobile industry should increase efforts on quality management of parts manufacture to change the original management mode, business process, through the advanced production technology and quality control measures to improve the quality of the products, so that China’s auto parts industry cater to the development of the domestic auto industry, the product quality management and management process optimization has become the auto parts production enterprises focus on the next step.CSS, a company rely on manefacure auto parts and special vehicles as leading products, meanwhile undertake national key military scientific research and production duties in Jilin Province, is a key support auto parts production enterprise which own a total assets of 1 billion yuan. From the beginning of establishment until now, the initial quality process has been used in CSS. It played an important role in the operation of the quality management. Due to the big gap between daily operation quality management and product quality control, the product passing rate is low and the cost of products is high. So, there is an urgent need to improve the quality of the products through the optimization process.This paper consists of six parts. The first part is the introduction of the background and significance of the main content, elaborates the domestic and abroad research status, and introducs the thesis from research aims to contents, from thoughts to methods. The second part introduces the development process and the concept of quality management,and details of the relevant basic knowledge of quality management through content analysis, process optimization methods and ways of introducing a detailed introduction to the basic knowledge of the process optimization in order to elicit the foundation of quality management system(QSB) theory. The third part mainly introduces the status of the process of CSS company, analyzes the present situation of low qualification rate of products, and point out the problems and the reason in the quality process. The fourth part is the main part, introduces the improvement of the optimization goal and the principle, scheme design and optimization of process steps. The fifth part is the evaluation and security measures of effect of the plan. The sixth part is the conclusion of the paper.
