Research On Profit Mechanism Of County Farmer Cooperatives

Farmer specialized cooperatives is the market economy development of China’s rural areas and innovation of the country agricultural organizational system. This innovation aims to motivate stakeholders to increase their own economic interests and social status through cooperation. Meanwhile, economic interests are the basis and link for farmers’ cooperation, and the root cause and dynamics for existence and development of farmer cooperatives. As a community of interests, farmer cooperatives will inevitably encounter conflicts between interests, so it needs to make a balance. Therefore, it is an inevitable requirement to build a scientific and reasonable profit mechanism for a sound and rapid development of farmer cooperatives.It is analyzed mainly with political science in this paper. We analyzed and discussed three main types of County Farmer Cooperatives profit mechanism at the level of authority and main body: namely guidance under the government office, guidance under company joint and guidance under the large rural family.In this paper, having defined and abided by the three farmer cooperatives in each premise, we investigated more than 30 related types of farmer cooperatives in Longhui County of Shaoyang City, Hunan Province, Then, according to the results of field research and the basis of relevant analysis and theory; we carried out a research on how the three farmer cooperatives profit mechanism works.In this paper, with basis of these studies, we tried to introduce rights and obligations from the perspective of political science under the authoritative body relationship. These three farmer cooperatives mechanism linking the interests of the common problems and personality problems were analyzed and discussed, as well as the causes of the problems. Then, in the last part of the paper, considering from both internal and external specialized farmers cooperatives profit mechanism, we have given corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Lastly, we wish this study could be recognized by our peer study, and provide a reference direction for the study of similar problems scholars.
