Job satisfaction refers to the employees of their work environment and the actual experience, can reflect the staff of enterprise management and development status of approval or satisfaction, very close relationship between the employees and the work efficiency and quality, however, in many enterprises, daily production and business process by great work stress and the heavy work burden and other factors influence, a lot of staff job satisfaction are in the lower level. And job satisfaction is low this one situation appears, also easy to cause a series of problems appear. Including staff enthusiasm is not high, work efficiency is low and the work quality is not high, and even easily lead to the loss of the phenomenon of personnel. Is not conducive to maintaining a stable workforce, but also affect the long-term development and stability of the enterprise. To this end, enterprises need to fully improve the degree of attention to employee job satisfaction, timely detection of problems and to be resolved.In recent years, China’s port industry has been rapid development, many port enterprises in the human resources demand is also more and more high. With the development of the times, the reality of the many port enterprises put forward new and higher requirements. Under the new environment, enterprises also need to further improve the degree of attention to employee job satisfaction, and actively take effective measures to improve employee job satisfaction. In order to better adapt to the needs of the development of the times, to obtain greater progress. Tianjin port D company is a port enterprise, in recent years is in a state of rapid development. However, by the impact of certain factors, the company has a very prominent employee job satisfaction is low, is not conducive to the development and growth of enterprises. In the course of this study, the choice of Tianjin port D company as an example, based on the theory of job satisfaction, the status of Tianjin port D company employee job satisfaction survey. Combined with the survey results, to find the cause of the problem, and to find a feasible solution. Research process, through the investigation and study, to understand the status of Tianjin port D company employee job satisfaction, to master the specific circumstances of the low job satisfaction of employees. And through the analysis of the survey results, to find the reasons for the low job satisfaction of D company employees in Tianjin port. Analysis of the reasons for this result, and working time is too long and the work intensity is too large, the arrangements exist some unreasonable place, and the identity of the staff of different (formal system for registered and services), corporate identity, the salary and welfare treatment and other factors about. Research results suggest that, for the majority of enterprises, the need to improve the degree of attention to employee job satisfaction, and actively take effective measures to continuously improve the employee’s job satisfaction. The article also combined with the actual situation of enterprises,improve the Tianjin port D company staff job satisfaction, and promote the level of human resources management to improve the specific measures.Hope that through this study can enrich the relative theories, and to provide certain reference in the majority of port enterprises of human resources management, to better improve the job satisfaction of port enterprises, the development of the power of the port industry to grow.
