Review the communication theory, mainly studies the communication elements, namely the communication environment, communication disorders, communication skills and the mutual influence between communication effect. Along with the development of the economy, increasing international exchanges, communication began to face the impact of cultural differences, on the basis of previous studies, this paper, under the guidance to the employees in the cultural differences of communication elements on the perspective of communication effect, explore under the cultural differences to adjust, improve communication elements, strengthen the communication effect of corresponding strategies.Based on existing theory of carding and research idea of this paper, selection of the enterprise staff as the research sample, the hofstede cultural dimensions theory of masculinity and femininity as a moderator variable, this dimension in terms of communication elements, is through the summary of the related theory, determine the communication environment, communication disorders, communication skills, as independent variables, communication effect as the dependent variable. Through the literature analysis method, based on the theory of Chinese and foreign scholars and research to determine the corresponding assumptions, through empirical analysis to verify the rationality of the hypothesis. USES the questionnaire survey to the two countries in the enterprise employees as investigation object, through questionnaire distributed network for data collection. Using the spss17.0 processing data, through the questionnaire analysis, correlation and regression analysis, the reliability and validity of the article conclusion.According to the research conclusion, the analysis of the cultural differences adjustment under the action of enterprise employee communication elements impact on the communication effect of the concrete, analysis the reason and find the concrete measures of the cultural differences to adjust and improve communication effect, to face cultural differences, enhance communication. This also to enhance the mutual understanding between cultures, to achieve better cooperation, have a positive significance.
