Research On The Selection Of The Logistics Operational Mode Of Rice In Heilongjiang Province

Under the environment of high-speed development of rice industry in Heilongjiang Province, it is very important to develop the logistics of rice. Analyzing the logistics operational mode of the rice in Heilongjiang province and establishing a selection decision-making model of the logistics operational mode of the rice in Heilongjiang province and finding out the most suitable logistics operational mode for the development of rice industry in Heilongjiang province in order to promote the development of logistics of the rice in Heilongjiang province, improve the logistics operational efficiency of rice, guarantee the quality of rice and increase the yield of rice.The selection of logistics operational mode of the rice in Heilongjiang province was studied deeply in this paper. Based on domestic and foreign literatures of grain logistics and its operational modes, the development and logistics operational modes of rice industry in Heilongjiang province were analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of three logistics operational mode of rice were pointed out; the decision-making model of logistics operational mode of the rice in Heilongjiang province was established, and the method of evaluating the model was also given. At last, a case study was done. The research content is as follows:First, using the method of comparative analysis, based on the analysis of the conditions and environment of the logistics development of rice industry in Heilongjiang province, the three kinds of logistics operational modes and their processes of rice in Heilongjiang province were analyzed, and their advantages and disadvantages and applicability were pointed out.Secondly, according to the process and characteristics of the rice logistics operational mode, the decision making model of the logistics operational mode of rice in Heilongjiang province was established by using the theory of multiple attribute decision-making. The concept of integrated weight was applied to empower each attribute value of decision matrix. At the same time, the TOPSIS method was used to give the order of each scheme, based on which, the optimal rice logistics operational mode was obtained.Finally, a case study was carried out. The logistics operational mode of rice was studied in 853 farm of Hongxinglong Branch Bureau in Heilongjiang Provincial Land Reclamation Bureau in order to find the most suitable logistics operational mode for the development of the 853 farm.
