Personal Traits Influence On Entrepreneurial Intention Research

As an important engine of promoting employment, stimulating economic growth, entrepreneurship is of great significance and far-reaching. In our country, ethnic minority areas due to the geographical location, cultural and historical background of the restriction of such factors as its economic development is relatively backward, the employment pressure, etc. Inner Mongolia region is located in China’s northern border, is one of the five ethnic autonomous regions in China. Due to the Inner Mongolia region affected by geographical location, the restriction of the traditional production and living ways, with the development of economy, the change in the production structure, local residents in the face of the employment problem more and more prominent. Entrepreneurship, as one of the important ways to solve the employment, job creation, the local government to pay more and more attention. In Inner Mongolia all the year round climate cold, windy weather, and more particularly remote areas residents living environment is relatively hard all year round, and is located in cold area. Some traditional nomadic customs, the national minority community of the individual itself has the spirit of perseverance, not afraid of difficulties, the courage to challenge. Entrepreneurial intention is the starting point of entrepreneurial activity, then the national culture of Inner Mongolia region residents under the influence of personal characteristics influence on entrepreneurial intention, and how to maximize mobilize residents’ willingness to entrepreneurship is the purpose of this study.In this paper, through literature research, from the perspective of personal traits, explore the entrepreneurial atmosphere, entrepreneurship policy adjustment under the action of environment factors, explore Inner Mongolia region residents’ personal characteristics influence on entrepreneurial intention.Through questionnaire survey, for residents use SPSS22.0 statistical software for reliability and validity test, and puts forward personal traits, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial policy factor, on the basis of correlation and multiple hierarchical regression analysis. The empirical results show that the ethnic minority autonomous region of Inner Mongolia residents in the four dimensions of personality risk tolerance, achievement need, innovative, and internal control quality and entrepreneurial intention showed significant positive correlation.By adjusting the regression found that entrepreneurial policy relative to the entrepreneurial atmosphere to much obvious adjustment, entrepreneurship policy shows risk tolerance, achievement need and entrepreneurial intention between the positive regulatory role, but for innovative and internal control quality did not show.Entrepreneurial atmosphere of independent variables in the achievement will need to show a positive correlation with the will of entrepreneurial regulation, the regulation of other dimensions of the independent variables and entrepreneurial intention effect is not obvious.
