Analysis And Optimization Of Dalian Urban Agriculture Industrial Spatial Pattern

Different cities in different regional environment, its development model of urban agriculture should also be adapted to local conditions, according to the city’s industries and special industries to build the best model of industrial development is conducive to urban economy entered a new normal.Through Status of Dalian urban agriculture analysis, study of industrial layout features, and in the end how the current situation of urban agriculture development, where there is what problems, what are the key elements of such issues, using landscape pattern index analysis, location quotient the method of dynamic analysis and index analysis industries, and build Dalian industrial optimization target system, an objective analysis of urban agriculture industry structure problems and industrial structure optimization strategy to achieve the goal of promoting the city of Dalian and the country’s agricultural development. The main conclusions of this paper were as follows:(1) The most obvious area of Agricultural Industrial advantage is Wafangdian City, has the absolute advantage industry, the pace of development has lagged behind the country; but the industry is the fastest growing in Puwan Area and Ganjingzi Area, professional and agricultural development lower than the national level. We can see the development of scattered distribution of agricultural industry, through the industry gradually shifted, will focus on the development of industry, can achieve the optimal layout of the development industry.(2) Forestry industry, although it can be seen by industry aggregation index Forestry Development in Dalian comparative advantage in most areas are significant, but the location quotient analysis indicators reflect, Dalian did not take advantage as a forestry industry development, more the establishment of green barrier to Dalian by afforestation achieve environmentally friendly development goals.(3) Animal husbandry industry is relatively significant advantage, Wafangdian and the Puwan Area two areas, while achieving the advantages of location quotient value and industry dynamics aggregation index. Showed that in these two areas, the pace of development of animal husbandry is higher than the national average, while the professional level is also higher than the national level, it is the best state of industrial development. In the industrial development of modern agriculture, should remain stable development of animal husbandry in the region.(4) The fisheries industry as the characteristics of Dalian, the county industrial advantages fisheries generally significantly higher than the national average water level of specialization. Most of the pace of industrial development area above the national level, only the pace of development of fisheries Ganjingzi and Lvshunkou Area below the national. This can be seen, the development of the fishing industry in Dalian, a significant comparative advantage for the development of the low speed of the two regions, it can consider changing the development mode to increase the pace of development, to achieve the level of specialization and the pace of development of synchronous advantage.
