Software Development Process System Practical Application

"Software development process system" is the set of standards, processes definition and institution of process management of software companies. It is often build based on defined framework model such as CMM or Agile. Most of current researches and applications are based on the point of view which implement the standards to practice, and emphasis on the organization and management of implementing work. With the development of management, more and more enterprises want to get rid of the method of copying, and establish the software development process system based on their own characteristics. This study is not limited to the specific framework model, but based on the enterprise application practice, research on engineering methods, so that enterprises can use these methods to enhance and achieve the standard requirements in a natural way.This paper argues that the software production (development) is a kind of process of knowledge transformation, which is the base to define the production work flow of an enterprise (SDLC). At the same time, the concept of "quality cost" of modern quality management is used to plan and control the quality of process. To this end, this paper studies the definition and application of "knowledge transform map" and "quality convergence curve". In order to get rid of the influence of the special frame model, this paper analyzes the concept of "key requirements", which is the choice of basis of process definition, weakens the formalism bondage of specific framework models. This paper also studies the RCA, one of the most widely used methods in quality improvement work, and details the principle and steps, so that it can be more effective in the identification of key requirements. Finally, the above research results have formed a more systematic method and technical path. This paper also summarizes the application effect of the practical case.
