In recent years, with acceleration of global economic integration, rapid development of Internet and advance of science and technology, international competition tends to be more and more intense, especially, since financial crises of 2008, global economic growth significantly slowed down, and competition among enterprises becomes more and more fierce. How to survive and develop under this competition circumstance should become a topic that deserves every modern enterprise learning and studying. Supply chain management, as a kind of advanced management theory, has been accepted by most of the enterprises, however, in the process of supply chain management, enterprises usually invest more energy in production raw material which occupies most of the purchasing amount rather than MRO material.Based on perspective of supply chain, by linking theory with practice, through win-win mechanism, ABC analysis method, supply segmentation theory and analytic hierarchy process, the thesis hereby analyzed the main problems existing in the process of MRO material procurement by D Shipbuilding Company and thereby found out the optimized scheme:one is poor internal management with price orientated purchasing pattern, lack of classification and key management and demand forecasting, and unreasonable inventory management, which should be optimized by reinforcing internal management and basic data management of MRO material by business integration, organization integration and material classification management. The other one is weak management for external suppliers, which should be optimized by resetting supplier selection and evaluation scheme and performing different supplier management strategy.The thesis, based on the reality of D Shipbuilding Company, summarizes the optimized scheme for MRO material procurement management, which is expected to help D Shipbuilding Company to improve the comprehensive management level on MRO material, and simultaneously, offer reference for other companies’MRO material procurement.
