The Research Of HT Hotel Staff Recruitment Management System

With more and more social business activities and leisure holidays, the hotel service industry is developing rapidly. More and more hotels begin to realize that employee recruitment management is very important. How can we establish an effective recruiting management system and improve the efficiency of recruitment, to realize the best match of the enterprise with the hotel staff and jobs, to improve the levels of hotel human resources management work, to promote the development of the hotel? This is becoming an increasingly difficult problem in front of the hotel.This study is with the core of staff recruitment management, using the related human resources management theory with practice, selecting HT hotel as the research object, analyzing the HT hotel recruitment management status, pointing out the HT hotel management problems existed in the recruitment, and analysis of its reason. In view of the current status of HT hotel, the optimization design scheme of its recruiting system is proposed which is also thoroughly discussed with the comprehensive studyThis study is pointed out that the recruitment of HT hotel management has problems. The scientific nature and expertise are insufficient,and its planning service is lack, leading to the hotel recruitment were not scientific and effective. In addition, management efficiency remains to be strengthened. Especially in the optimization design of the recruitment management system, we must find the design basis, set goals, make formulate principles, and establish evaluation criteria, so as to establish an effective recruitment management system, which can plan the whole hotel recruitment system better, control it scientifically and implemented effectively.
