With the transformation of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, the service industry is thriving.The increase in the number of tourists, the frequent business contacts, these changes have contributed to the development of the hotel industry.The prosperity of the hotel and the hotel industry has brought opportunities and challenges.How to stand out among the many competitors is a problem to be solved in many hotels.Human resources is the first element of the existence and development of enterprises, talent is the main body of the value of the hotel, is the driving force of the development and progress of the hotel, but also an important part of the hotel human resources management reform and innovation.With the change of market environment, the competition between the hotel industry and the area is more and more competitive.Therefore, to change the original use of the mechanism, to attract the hotel needs to have the ability to work, knowledge and ability of the staff, recruitment is particularly important.This article takes the Shandong DX Hotel as the research object, based on the analysis of the present situation of the staff in the hotel, from the current situation of the hotel staff recruitment, the hotel staff recruitment work is understood and analyzed.
