With the rapid progress of the globalization, the Chinese enterprise living environment are changing so fast and becoming more and more complicated when entering the new economical stage. The human resource management, especially the“training and employee development” part which is focusing on how to retain and develop the talents to adapt all of the challenges is more and more significant when the enterprise are facing the challenges of information networking transformation, the high demands of innovation, the fast changes of the survival and investment environment,and the enterprise restructuring and reformation, etc. How to establish a high effective training system with high execution efficiency, to meet the requirements of internal employees and external customers, to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, to achieve the strategy of the enterprise and business objective, are the key targets pursued by most of the enterprises.In this paper the main research object is to analyze the training management of ZTE company. Through the deep analysis of the current status of training system, find the existing issues, and accordingly provide the corresponding solutions which could give a clear directions of how to improve for the next step and bring the benefits for sustainable development of the company.The literature method, questionnaire survey method, case analysis and interview investigation method are applied in this paper. Through the investigation and analysis of the ZTE university’s case, it will dig out the problems which are existing in the current training management system, such as: lack of training design and business strategy integration, training content not closely integrated with the real requirements, weak execution of training programs, lack of overall high level design of the whole program,training result without real applications, weak training re-evaluation mechanism, poor training system assessment,and not good balance of the resource allocation between employees and customers, etc. So in the fourth chapter, the paper will give the solutions to improve the ZTE’s training system and training operation, according the thorough analysis which described in the chapters before. With this solution, it is expected that the whole training system and training operation can be well managed and highly improved in all of the key aspects, and achieve the key targets towards the future.
