Therefore, the study on Chinese tourists went to Thailand to watched ladyboys cabaret show tourism motivation is the key to create profits of China and Thailand tourism market.The purpose of this study is to study the tourism motivation, tourism behavior and satisfaction of Chinese tourists who went to Thailand to watched ladyboys cabaret show, after calculating the sample size by " Yamane Taro formula" Identified as 400 peoples, then use the theory and research results related tourism motivation to design survey questionnaire and through the Alpha Cronbach’s reliability analysis method to carry on test the questionnaire reliability. In the aspect of data analysis, this study mainly use descriptive statistical analysis methods to analyze the demographic characteristics and tourism behavior of the sample, including satisfaction, then use the factor analysis to find out the main tourism motivation, and use the regression analysis to test the hypothesis.The research results found that, most of Chinese tourists went to Thailand to watch ladyboys show was middle-aged man, traveled with the group tour and at least one times watched Thailand ladyboys cabaret show. For tourism motivation, the results showed that, the convenience and value of tourism motivation was the most important motivation; followed by relaxation and challenge. In terms of satisfaction, the results showed that, most of Chinese tourists went to Thailand to watched ladyboys cabaret show feel satisfied and found that the personal of age and career will lead to tourism motivation and satisfaction, but travel behavior will not lead to tourism motivation, it will only reflect satisfaction of tourists.From the results of this study, the author thinks that, the Thailand governments, tourism operators, travel agencies, especially Thailand ladyboys cabaret show theatres have to add innovative force of the ladyboys cabaret show, improve ladyboys’s artistic level and Chinese language skill, including increase the training of professional ethics.
