With the rapid development of industry, the ecological environment has become more and more fragile, and Green Industrial Development has become an inevitable trend. Therefore, it is very important to measure the degree of Green Industrial Development reasonably and effectively. In order to achieve the goal of sustainable development, this paper estimated the degree of Green Industrial Development according to the basic situation of Green Industrial Development. This paper established a workable system for measuring the degree of Green Industrial Development and proved by the case analysis.Firstly, this paper reviewed the relevant research and summary, clear the content and features of Green Industrial Development. This paper established a system of Green Industrial Development through the industrial development intensity, resource consumption and environmental impact and government support, from the source, production process and the concept of Green Industrial Development. Analytic Network Process(ANP) and entropy method are combined, to estimate the degree of Green Industrial Development, both objective and subjective. The measurement is more scientific and reasonable, and the practical operation of the measurement system is enhanced. Finally, it is proved by the case analysis of Anhui province, concluded and some suggestions are proposed. It describes the whole evaluation process in detail, using the Super Decisions and mathematical calculations to solve the problem. It is proved that the method is effective, feasible and easy to operate. In summary, this study not only enriched the theory knowledge of Green Industrial Development, also provides some reference for future measurement of Green Industrial Development degree, provides scientific and effective basis for traditional industrial restructuring and upgrading.
