Since entering the 21st century, with the acceleration of economic globalization, market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, academic research has found that the sustainable growth of the enterprise present situation is not optimistic. "life is short, high failure rate" has become a problem can not be avoided in the enterprises of our country. But at the same time, part of the traditional enterprise is still stable and growing, Some scholars give the interpretation about it for a long time. Among them, the most influential explain is the theory of enterprise culture gene, based on the theory of bionic.The internet has brought us great convenience.Information and knowledge transfering is very rapid, and cause knowledge exchange and accumulation of knowledge by the explosion of economic and social changes. Cloud computing and big data are some typical technological innovation. Innovative technology significantly affect the corporate culture, and become a hot spot for research.In this background, the research of this thesis based on bionics theory.First of all, the paper finds out the influence of cultural gene forward variation from the biological gene and corporate culture.Then, this paper analyzes the impact of the internet on corporate culture,from the backgroud the internet and economic life is closely related to the premise.So,the mechanism of the positive variation of corporate culture is the core of this paper. Then, this article also analyzes the culture history of the Changhong group company and find some rules. At last, this paper puts forward the policy suggestions on how to guide the optimization of corporate culture gene.
