Study On The Development Evaluation And Countermeasures Of High-tech Industry

With the rapid development of science and technology, High-tech industry has been becoming the leading industry. It’s an important strategy to adjust economy structure and upgrade industries to develop high-tech and make it industrialization. High-tech industry is the cluster of high-tech enterprises, while high-tech enterprises are the carrier of technological innovation activities. High-tech industry is the non-substitutable power in promoting technological innovation, upgrading the industrial structure and transforming economic growth mode. Technological innovation is the intrinsic power to achieve rapid development for high-tech enterprises. But not all technological innovation activities can achieve achievements and economic benefits, this is due to the investment in technological innovation resources have not been fully utilized with reasonable allocation. Therefore, it’s significant to have a comprehensive understanding of the overall current situation, efficiency of technological innovation of the listed enterprises and the environment of the High-tech Industry of Hefei High-tech Zone.The paper is from Hefei Soft Science Projects, High-tech Industries in Hefei Basic Research Status and Development Path. Based on the third national economic census data of high-tech in 2013 and the Administrative measures for the determination of high-tech enterprises, this research sorted out related data, built a high-tech industrial development index system evaluation of industrial scale, technological innovation and economic benefits, then established an input-output index system related to efficiency of technological innovation of high-tech enterprises.Take hefei high-tech zone for an example, used entropy method,DEA method to research on development evaluation of the status of high-tech industry and the efficiency of technological innovation of high-tech enterprises analyzed the status of high-tech industry and the efficiency of technological innovation of high-tech enterprises.Third, we analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the high-tech industry by the SWOT method.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed based on the current development status of high-tech industry of hefei high-tech zone.
