| This article is based on the actual development situation of Guangxi, from the distribution of planting sugar cane, cane sugar industry in the country and the status of Guangxi, industry infrastructure construction situation, sucrose industry area layout, sucrose industry processing enterprises, and other aspects of the in-depth analysis of the current development of Guangxi sugar industry, the research analyzed some problems that exist in the development of Guangxi sugar industry. Then using the method of literature research, deep interview, SWOT analysis, field study method, statistical analysis of Guangxi sugar industry in production technology, production factors, production relations, the problems existing in the aspects of mechanism system in the investigation and analysis, found that there are varieties of Guangxi sugar industry development was slow, backward production infrastructure, low degree of mechanization, a production and business operation is small in scale, sugar cane yield is not stable, low sugar product competitiveness and industry by external shocks serious wait for a variety of problems.
