| In recent years, the importance of technology finance has made an unprecedented improvement. To promote technology combined with financial service to help with scientific and technological enterprises has becoming the central and local governments a jointly important job, which will bring new opportunities and challenges to financial enterprises in the service of small and mid-sized enterprises. Keeping an eye on the trend of financial policies, exploring the risk control of technology enterprises and promoting financial business model innovation of science and technology transformation have becoming the new direction of current various financial institutions.This paper takes a research on science and technology problems of J bank in the process of financial development, applying the SWOT analysis method to analyze the science and technology development of J bank financial competitive advantages and disadvantages. This paper also analyzes the whole banking competition environment to help J bank to differentiate financial opportunities and challenges which from the development of science and technology. According to the result of SWOT analysis, J bank chose the growth as a competitive strategy which effectively changed J bank’s present financial management situation and helped J bank to adapt to the changing external environment. In the process of implementing growth strategy, J bank gained competitive advantages by service of customer growth, innovation of pattern growth and team-building growth. Insure to the effective implementing of strategy, J bank has adopted a whole period-cycled customer service, tailored variety of new products, enhanced measures accustomed to the local conditions and reinforced a specialized team-building security measures. These strategies not only guarantee the implement of J bank’s strategy of developing the technology finance, but also have the value of reference for the development of science and technology of commercial bank. |
