We are entering an unprecedented world of Internet that is screening the industries and organizations of all kinds by using subversive forces. Whether they are willing or not, every industry will eventually be changed and restructured by Internet, no matter it is musical industry, movie industry or traditional IT industry. Traditional IT enterprises grab this opportunity to launch themselves in the Internet and prepare to face this Internet trend by trying to make innovations in technology, system, management and mindset.This article is based on performance management theory, after analyzing the characteristics of traditional IT enterprise and Internet enterprise’s performance management, the article draws a conclusion of the direction on performance management transition. No longer emphasizes causality, but rather to emphasize the effect; No longer pursues supervisory management, but rather to pursues the incentive management; No longer restricts to period excitation, but rather to implement instant feedback.;Based on the above analysis, the article uses the case of ShenQi company’s Internet transition, and draws a conclusion that ShenQi’s performance management system has 4 existing problems:over-reliance of the method of KPI performance management, evaluation dimension is not correspond with the current situation of enterprise development, the result of evaluation is too simple and not having the tool of performance management that can get feedback in time. In order to solve these problems, this article raise up a new concept of performance development, the key of performance management is management which refers to tradition and controlling, on the other hand, the key of performance development is development which refers to inspiration and training. The performance development system changes the current system of performance management in 2 aspects:the first thing we need to do is making the employees focusing on the demands of clients, so the author builds up a performance assessment method focusing on user experience, also known as CSI performance assessment method and give the specific introduction by giving its definition, logical premise, basic idea, characteristics, scope and implementation; the second thing isthat everyone should communicate with clients quickly at anytime anywhere to make sure that they are in the right direction, for this reason, the author develops a brand-new mobile performance development system, also known as PD@ShenQi and give the specific introduction by giving its definition, characteristics, advantages and the main frame of implementation.The change of performance development is still a new concept, which has a lot of weak points and needs to be tested by practice. It is still in the process of improve and consummate, but we hope thepoints of clients’ value oriented and direction of human resource big datawould provide great reference value to internet transition companies.
