Study On The Departmental Employee Performance Management System For Headquarters Of Chongqing Electric Power Company

With the development of electric power system reform and the domestic and international environment which in is undergoing tremendous changes., power grid enterprises as a national economic and social development to the basic industries and strategic industries, In order to take the lead in building a world-class international power grid and first-class enterprise, to actively change the development mode and grid development as a strategic goal, State Grid Corp of China continues to accelerate the establishment of modern enterprise management institution and management system. From the end of 2010,to take advantage of national reform and developments, State Grid Corp of China implement construction of the intensive development of the overall system, reforming the organizational structure, innovating the management mode, optimizing business process, proposing the overall performance management which focus on the quantified assessment.Based on the performance management practices of Chongqing Electricity Power Corporation, combined with the present situation of the performance management of the department of the enterprise, this thesis finds and determines performance management problems and deficiencies. Through the inductive analysis, to find the crux of the problem, the thesis integrates the real performance management theory and research tool. With the enterprise’s development strategy oriented, development goals and tasks, establishing performance cultural of the Chongqing Electricity Power Corporation, the thesis further teases the staff responsibilities and distribution levels. Focus on the design of the key performance indicators system and the processes of the performance management, this thesis present the idea of the construction of performance management system of the company headquarters.
