| With the consumer attitudes of tourists changing and the advent of experience economic era,personalized, intelligent travel services are increasingly favored by tourists.The State Department pointed out that "Accelerating the integration of tourism and information industry, and clearly stated, "Developing wisdom tourism, encouraging innovation in the application of information technology services at all stages of tourism"which points out the direction for the information construction of our resorts. However,the current research on the visitor management is fragmented and the construction of the system is neither systematic nor comprehensive.Summarizing and drawing the management of domestic and international tourism destination, this paper based visitors on the needs of tourists from the perspective of in-depth analysis the demand of the visitors at different stages which from before the visit,tour, tour after tour, and made a scenic stage visitor management problems and strategic breakthrough. By comparing the traditional visitor management and wisdom management,the wisdom of management is discovered as a strategic breakthrough visitor management.On this basis, through the analysis of the different stages of tourism consumption needs of tourists, the paper constructs the theoretical system of management wisdom. Finally, the core technology for wisdom tourism is used in visitor management, and offering the whole process a full range of personality, intelligence travel services for visitors, and exploring proposed visitor wisdom management application system.The three Gorges Dam Tourist Area is as a case, the paper analyzes the current situation of the Three Gorges Dam tourism visitor management, and enhances the visitor wisdom management from the needs of tourists and resort management perspective for future study. On this basis, it builds the visitor wisdom management of Three Gorges Dam,in order to improve the resort management, and enhance the quality of visitors experience and satisfaction. |
