Research Of Benefit Distribution Mechanism Of Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation

Industry-University-Research cooperation has gradually become an important part of the promotion of national technology innovation since entering into the era of economic and technological globalization. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the high transaction costs due to the technical complexity, environmental uncertainty and other factors, more and more enterprises have chosen to cooperate with research institutions, through the use of external resources to make up for their deficiencies, so as to enhance their competitiveness. But practice shows that, although after years of development, industry- university-research cooperation cases of failure have occurred, and the domestic and foreign scholars study pointed out the root cause of its failure is due to the unreasonable distribution of benefits. Perfect benefits distribution mechanism is composed of benefit-sharing and risk-sharing, and research cooperation is a changing dynamic process, thus we are mainly focus on the different stages of research cooperation to study a reasonable benefit distribution mechanism based on multi-stages and multi-levels.First is a comprehensive literature review about industry- university-research cooperation and distribution of benefits, discovering the shortcomings of the existing research, then explain the main content of this article. To analyze the composition of interests systematic, and to specific analyze the constitution and issue of the current interest distribution mechanism, which pointed out that the root of their problems mainly from a single static binding mechanism of the distribution of benefits, thus we proposed a multi-stage and multi- level distribution of benefits from the theoretical level scheme, put benefit-sharing and risk-sharing together, take the changes of performance in different stages into account at the same time, and then use actual case to an empirical analysis. The empirical results show that performance satisfaction of the subject is on the rise, while the risk in the overall cooperation is a downward trend with the adjust of benefits distribution, and ultimately achieve technological breakthroughs and deeper cooperation. Finally gives the corresponding safeguards in accordance with the actual situation of the case.
