In recent years, Mobile Internet, especially O2 O business, is developing rapidly, and O2 O has been the main direction of development of E-commerce, at the same time, as the personalized demand of market consumer grows explosively, a large numbers of innovative business models and personalized applications of Internet companies and electricity suppliers emerge, all of that makes entire industry, especially large Internet companies, complete and optimize the layout of O2 O business through innovation and strategic acquisitions. However, there is no clear path and analytical framework to achieve effective integration and layout, existing research on strategic layout of O2 O is rare, and previous studies mostly concentrated in certain segments of the O2 O application.The research result covers three aspects based on the theory of value chain, value network theory, value systems theory and business model theory:(1) Through literature analysis, the author combs the research status of O2 O business model and value chain, studies O2 O characteristics, types, functions, and demonstrates O2 O building of marketing, payment, consumer experience, at the same time, the author studies also characteristics and building mode of O2 O closed loop.(2) Through O2 O value system model, author studies the model from the perspective of improving systematic perfection and synergy.(3) The author makes a comparative study of O2 O layout and operation mode of the three Internet companies. Finally comes to the conclusion that O2 O closed loop operation has three business models: payment-platform-driven, social-platform-driven and map-driven.The research expands the scope of the Internet business model and enriches the current studies on the O2 O Value C hain and O2 O layout path. The research also deepens the understanding of major Internet companies on O2 O closed loop and operation mode. At the same time, the results provide supports for Internet companies and the government to make their decisions.
