Currently, how to effectively improve the performance of transformation ofscientific and technological achievements has become a hot issue in the field ofscience and technology development in Anhui Province. Firstly, based on definedscientific and technological achievements related concepts and theories, this paperdetailed analysis the present situation of the transformation in Anhui province. Thescientific and technological achievements transformation performance shows that atrend of continuous development. Secondly, by using principal component analysis,it runs an assessment of transformation performance of the central six provinces in2011. The results show that: Anhui’s performance of transformation of scientificand technological achievements is at the moderate level of the six central provinces.At the same time, combining the principal component analysis with clusteringanalysis method, it evaluates the performance level of16prefecture-level cities ofAnhui Province in2011with each other, and it draws conclusions about in AnhuiProvince, central and southern areas of scientific and technological achievementstransformation level is generally higher than the northern region. Hefei, Wuhu,Bengbu the forefront, these three cities focus on the province’s most innovativeresources, is the most important economic growth nuclear in Anhui Province.Finally, based on Anhui Science and Technology Achievements Transformationperformance of the main factors, this paper puts forward some recommendations toimprove the performance of transformation in Anhui province.
