But with the entire liquor industry’s "cool",high-end liquor will continue to lower prices, the traditional market atrophy, serious impact on the high-end liquor market red industry in Sichuan, coupled with the increase in the cost of traditional channel dealers and after-sales service experience, young consumers has gradually become the core consumer groups and other factors seriously restricts the development of the red industry in Sichuan and into the pace of the market. How to develop electronic commerce and realize the fast and steady development of the enterprise, it is worth our thinking.This article starts with the related theory, the second part,. This paper introduces the concept and main mode of electronic commerce, and expounds the significance of the development of electronic commerce in liquor making enterprises. On analysis of enterprise internal and external environment of the PEST analysis, five forces model, general matrix analysis, SWOT analysis and other research tools are described, lay the theoretical foundation of the study. Then introduced the basic situation of Gansu red industry in Sichuan, with Gansu Hongchuan wine its own development strategy and e-commerce impact on the liquor industry, analyzes the necessity of Gansu red industry in Sichuan to develop the electronic commerce, to find out the problems in the process of developing e-commerce is likely to face the. Through the results of the analysis of exterior environment of enterprise electronic commerce development the macro environment,industry environment, competition environment, and combined with the SWOT analysis of the factors of their own advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, that the feasibility of the development of electronic commerce, Gansu red industry in Sichuan. On the basis of necessity and feasibility analysis, six strategies are put forward, such as e-commerce development orientation, supply chain strategy, capital strategy, information system strategy and logistics distribution strategy.
