Research On The Development Strategy Of Rural E-commerce Cluster In Jingshan

With the rapid development of the global network and the continuous improvement of the network system,wireless network terminal transactions have become the mainstream of current social transactions.In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinese Internet,e-commerce and e-commerce industrial clusters are also developing at a high speed.At present,the development degree of e-commerce industrial clusters has become an important indicator to measure the economic development of a region,which is of great value to the development of the market and economic growth.Under the background of narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,promoting rural economy and social development,it is of great significance to develop rural e-commerce and industrial clusters.And with the continuous advancement of global information development,the development strategy of rural e-commerce industrial clusters has become an important part of the economic development strategy,which is of great significance in promoting the reform of the strategic mode of rural development,building support points for economic development and improving the development of industrial clusters.Jingshan City,as a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Jingmen City in Huber Province,has begun to take shape in the development of rural e-commerce industrial clusters through attracting investment and tapping its own potential,which has played an extremely important role in implementing rural revitalization strategy and promoting rural economic development.Therefore,based on the theory of industrial cluster strategy and development strategy,this paper makes full use of the relevant research results and advanced theoretical experience at home and abroad from the perspective of development strategy.Combined with the development status and regional characteristics of rural e-commerce industrial cluster in Jingshan city,this paper uses PEST analysis method to discuss the policy,economy,technology and social environment of rural e-commerce industrial cluster in Jingshan,and uses SWTO analysis method to comprehensively analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of rural e-commerce industrial cluster in Jingshan area.On this basis,combined with the existing development strategy in the region,strategic planning and path selection are carried out in all directions from strategic objectives,strategic positioning,formulation of the overall strategic framework,utilization of comprehensive platforms,integration of information resources to development measures of e-commerce industrial clusters.Finally,according to the obstacles and shortcomings in the development strategy of the current rural e-commerce industry cluster in Jingshan city,countermeasures are put forward from two aspects of policy support and strategic promotion and management safeguard measures.It provides not only a reference for promoting the all-round development of rural e-commerce industrial cluster in Jingshan city,but also provides experience for the development of rural e-commerce industrial cluster in other areas that facing the same problems.
