| Corporate culture is the extension of the culture concept in this specific field. It is composed of the corporate value concept, social morals and corresponding code of conduct under certain economic and social conditions, which is shaped through social practice and eventually complied by all employees of the enterprise.Bank of Jilin was established in 2007 October 10, the beginning of the establishment of a high degree of attention to corporate culture, to promote enterprise development in leveraging corporate culture when you try to focus on the staff play a key role, through the "help pass generation" way to achieve an extension of the corporate culture and heritage.In this study, Bank of Jilin is selected as the research object. Since its founding, Bank of Jilin constantly takes maximization of shareholders’ interests as its fundamental mission, sticks to legal, compliant and robust operation, and strives to set up the professional, intensive and scientific operation model and business mechanism, so as to realize the coordinated development of benefits, quality and scale. This study starts from concept, connotation, characteristics, role and methodology of corporate culture, and combines with the realities of corporate culture building for Bank of Jilin in all dimensions based on understanding and learning from results of theoretical research for domestic and international enterprises in the process of corporate culture building. By investigating and studying the current state of corporate culture for the Bank, it analyzes the development status of the banking sector and internal operation of the Bank, and it also leverages corporate culture related theories to deep dive into problems that Bank of Jilin faces in corporate culture building and the root causes and seek for solutions on the basis of further study and analysis of the problems, so as to put forward measures and suggestions and act as reference for the Bank in building up its corporate culture. |
