Under The View Of The Time And Space Distribution Theory Of The Marx Economic Factors The Construction Of The Silk Road Core Area Research

The Silk Road Economic Zone is great strategic deployment in the new period of China. Since the construction of the Silk Road Economic Zone strategic layout was put forward, how to actively and effectively promote construction of the core area of the Silk Road Economic Zone has become a hot spot and focal point of academic research problems. Based on the theory of the Marx doctrine in Chinese horizon,this paper tries combine the time and space distribution of Marx’s economic factors with economic construction practice of the core area and discusses the issue of construction of the core area.Studies have shown that economic and environmental, the theory of hierarchy theory, guiding principle, the basic theory of law, economic equilibrium and the theory of macro regulation constitute the basic content of Marx’s economic factors space-time distribution thought and theoretical system. This provides the theory support for promoting reasonable distribution of economic factors effectively during the construction of the core area: orderly competition market environment is the premise of economic essential factor reasonable distribution, the reveal and utilization of economic law is the objective requirement of economic essential factor reasonable distribution, scientific and efficient organizational management is a basic requirement of the economic essential factor reasonable distribution, etc.There exist a series of problems during the construction of Core area in terms of time and space distribution of economic factors, such as capital financing channels and operating mechanism, the laborer vision and skills of market economy,comprehensive development and utilization efficiency of natural resources,construction of the production and business operation environment and talent flow,etc. Therefore, this paper puts forward concrete countermeasures to promote reasonable space-time distribution of economic essential factors effectively, namely,expanding investment and financing channels and improving operation mechanism of capital market, strengthening education of laborer’s market knowledge and developing modern vocational and technical training, widening space of natural resources exploitation and utilization and improving the efficiency of the development and utilization of natural resources and comprehensively improving social economic security level, and intensifying efforts to attract high-end management talent, etc. Xinjiang as the "Silk Road Economic Belt" in the core area,this article will collect, analyze their process of building a series of economic problems faced, In this paper, the core area of Xinjiang to build the future, planning and deployment provides a detailed, full and complete deployment of micro and macro economic recommendations.
