With the speed of upgrade of household appliances,the number of waster household appliances are growing fast. Nowadays we set the goal of constructing a harmonious society, how to properly dispose of waster household appliances will become a focus issue. Focus on the quality of service of waster household appliances recycling center and the satisfaction of customers, according to the research on the service quality of recycling center impact on satisfaction of customers, so it can help recycling center recognize market quotation, know the customers demand, improve the competitiveness, and provide support for the develop and expand of household recycling market. Meanwhile, tight the customer satisfaction and evaluation system of service quality of recycling center coupling, it can widen research area of service, and it can provide a new way for theoretical research of household recycling and the quality of service. And from the perspective of practical significance, in order to obtain support of customers, recycling center need to pay attention to the quality of service in daily operation, so that it can lay a solid foundation faster and better for the recycling of waster household appliances.This article uses so many methods like statistical analysis and system analysis, on the basis of theoretical research of quality of service, satisfaction of customers, research on the influencing factors of quality of service and the affects of satisfaction of customers. The main content of this article: the first chapter summarizes the significant of the quality of service of waster household appliances the influence on satisfaction of customers. The second chapter defines the relevant concepts on research and puts forward the theoretical foundation of research, and it provides theoretical basis for the quality of service of waster household appliances and follow-up study of the influence on satisfaction of customers. The third chapter puts forward the basic hypothesis of this study and construction the theory of relationship between the quality of service of waster household appliances and the satisfaction of customers. The fourth chapter according to the basic hypothesis formulated questionnaire scale, and take preliminary checkout of scale to ensure the availability of scale. The fifth chapter by using descriptive statistics analysis, canonical correlation, structural equation model classification method of sample data for statistical analysis, analysis of the influence and effect of the quality of service of waster household appliances and the satisfaction of customers. The sixth chapter based on the results of research, proposed improvement suggestions of the quality of service of waster household appliances and the satisfaction of customers, at the same time point out the limitations of this research and have expectation for the future study.These are the following conclusions by studying:(1)Functional quality, channel design and environmental quality have positive impact on the quality of service of recycling center, the environmental quality is the main factor, the impact of technology quality, relationship quality and policy efforts are less.(2)The quality of service has positive impact on the satisfaction of customers, meanwhile, technical quality, relationship quality and environmental quality have a significant positive influence on the satisfaction of customers. The environmental quality is the main factor, while functional quality, channel design, policy strength have no positive impact.(3)Education degree of population variables has significant influence on the quality of service of recycling center and the satisfaction of customers, sex, age, annual per capita disposable income have less significant influence on the quality of service and the satisfaction of customers. Based on the hypothesis and the conclusion of the research, this study presents some Suggestions for the quality of service of waster household appliances and the satisfaction of customers: Perfect the function of the recycling center, to provide a full range of service experience for customers; Optimize the recycling channels, improve channel design standard; Be cautious to chose the site selection, improve the surrounding environment vigorously; Focus on technical quality, higher the level of technology; To improve the quality of relationship, enhance recognition of customers of recycling center.
