Research On The Development And Planning Of Zhoukou Port Logistics Park

As a concentrated area of logistics industry and the important nodes in the logistics network, the logistics park can promote the regional economic development and reduce the logistics cost. The modern port is the key link of water transport, which has set the transfer of goods, processing and manufacturing, trade finance and other functions in one, becoming the engine of regional economic development. Therefore, the development of the port logistics part is of great significance to the development of the economy of the place where the port is located. Zhoukou port logistics part is an important inland port logistics part in Zhoukou city and Henan province. It plays a key role in promoting the trade circulation, logistics development, industrial upgrading and economic transformation of Zhoukou and its surrounding cities.In this paper, the Zhoukou port logistics park as the research object. The developing of Zhoukou city, the port of Zhoukou and other cities and ports in the neighborhood have been investigated deeply. Then using the advanced experience of the construction of port logistics part at home and abroad for reference, five aspects, including development environment, logistics demand and construction necessity, goal orientation, function planning and layout design, development countermeasures are mainly studied.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the construction and development environment of Zhoukou port logistics park, including the economic and social environment of Zhoukou city, the transportation environment and the development environment of logistics policy, as well as the hinterland of Zhoukou port and the geo economic development environment, and analyzes the status quo and existing problems of logistics development in Zhoukou port. Secondly, proposed a thought about logistics volume demand forecast of the Zhoukou port logistics park, respectively, the binary linear regression analysis method, the grey model prediction method and the combination forecasting method are used to predict the future port cargo throughput, based on this, the necessity of the construction of logistics park in Zhoukou port is discussed. Thirdly, through the SWOT analysis of Zhoukou port logistics park, the development strategy and target location of the park are put forward. After that, based on the development strategy and target location of Zhoukou port logistics park, the planning principles of logistics park are analyzed, and according to this principle, the functions and layout of Zhoukou port logistics park are studied, and the main operation mode of logistics park and its advantages and disadvantages are introduced, on the basis of this, the Zhoukou port logistics park construction and operation mode is selected. Then, according to the above research, it provides the reasonable development countermeasures and measures fo r the Zhoukou port logistics park. Finally, the research content of this paper is reviewed and the deficiencies of the paper and the need for further research are proposed.
