Employee training evaluation is one of enterprise staff training and the main steps, but also examine the important link of the enterprise staff training effectiveness. Based on LP group of staff training assessment system research, trying to solve the problem of the enterprise staff training effectiveness, in order for other similar enterprises have reference significance and value.This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly expounds the research background and significance, and the status of training evaluation research results and analyzed at home and abroad, summarizes the main contents of the paper; the second chapter is the assessment of the status quo of LP group staff training are discussed. Through the introduction of LP group. The staff training are summarized,analyzed the problems and reasons of the employee training evaluation; the third chapter is the core of the thesis, on the basis of above analysis, constructed the LP group staff training and evaluation system. The training evaluation process, clear training evaluation aim,evaluation team training, training evaluation plan, analysis of the training evaluation data writing training assessment report, review the training evaluation results, improve the training assessment of the project based on the proposed training evaluation index system construction design, construction Training evaluation model. Chapter four analyzes the LP group training implementation of the evaluation of safeguard measures. Mainly from the support degree of enhancement enterprise leadership, build the culture of group learning and management scheme for improving the training evaluation, improve the comprehensive quality of personnel training, establish training evaluation of incentive and restraint mechanisms, and other aspects of implementation of safeguard measures.Paper mainly adopts questionnaires and field interviews of two kinds of methods, from the training evaluation demand, planning, practice and other aspects of the investigation, then analyze the data, on key issues of field interviews, to understand enterprise employee training evaluation process of influencing factors. In the training process design, the introduction of the maturity, competency, Kirkpatrick evaluation model and other related theories and concepts. In the construction process of enterprise employee training process,the introduction of mature model related to the evaluation and training of human resource.The use of these theories and models fundamentally guarantee the LP group human resources training evaluation system design is feasible and effective.
