| Since the 21 st century, Following the financial industry, information industry, the logistics industry has become the third producer services, has become a new growth point of national economy. Logistics efficiency as a reflection of the industry development level, higher level means good to stimulating economic development, and configure logistics resources. With the establishment of the "Fujian FTA" and "Maritime Silk Road Economic Zone", there appeared new opportunities for Fujian Province’s logistics industry. Searching the efficiency levels and spatial patterns of the logistics industry is conducive to the development of Fujian Province economics. This paper uses the representative of the efficiency of logistics industry level to reflect the level of regional logistics industry’s development in Fujian province, and by using exploratory spatial data analysis, the paper analyzes the spatial and temporal evolution of the regional logistics efficiency in Fujian province. At the same time, the dynamics of factors of logistics efficiency is discussed in this paper. The main conclusion as follows:(1) Measurement on efficiency of the regional logistics efficiency in Fujian province. First, the paper selects the appropriate index system then uses DEA model to assess the regional logistics efficiency level of Fujian Province in 2004-2013, the research found that the logistics efficiency in the region is significantly higher than the inland region, scale efficiency is a major factor to enhance the overall efficiency; The growth of TFP was growing and decomposed kinds of indexes Fujian Province regional logistics overall rising productivity TFP level,technical efficiency is improving but the contribution of technological progress is higher than that of technical efficiency change.(2) Efficiency of regional logistics Spatial Structure of Fujian Province. Based on the logistics efficiency, the paper uses the exploratory spatial data analysis method and found the space-time evolution of regional logistical efficiency is that spatial agglomeration-spatial dispersion in the researched period. Spatial heterogeneity of logistical efficiency in Fujian Province is enhanced.(3) Mechanism of action analysis of influence factors of the spatial and temporal evolution of regional logistical efficiency in Fujian Province, mainly from the location of the initial conditions, regional economic, regional traffic conditions, the government policy guidance behavior, and spatial neighbor effect. The sixth chapter is the summary of the full paper and the shortage of study. And finally, the policy suggestions, due to coordinate the balanced development of the regional logistics, are put forward. |
