The Pilger Pipe Mill hydraulic system is the core of the cycle pipe rolling unit equipment,the high pressure and large flow,high speed,hydraulic cylinder stroke length,large load,under impact load,poor working conditions.Its control stability,control precision and the reliability of the equipment is always bothering the system.Aimed at this problem,this paper adopts the method of mathematical modeling,simulation and optimization,to improve the cycle stability of rolling mill hydraulic system,to improve the control precision and improve the equipment reliability are studied,the main work is as follows:(1)Using the AMESim simulation software of the Pilger Pipe Mill hydraulic system modeling;According to the actual parameters for the hydraulic components and system parameters,the model simulated parameter setting;In order to ensure the model parameters are accurate and reliable,will be the key components two-way cartridge valve,the constant pressure variable pump and accumulator group has carried on the modeling and simulation.(2)Based on mathematical simulation model,according to the hydraulic system by simulating the working condition respectively,explore the reasons in its control stability and control precision,and in the actual best improvement measures are put forward.(3)The use of ANSYS software of finite element analysis was carried out on the hydraulic cylinder.To simplify the analysis of hydraulic cylinder,for the analysis of the piston rod,according to the hydraulic cylinder assembly constraints,and stress distribution of the piston rod,the structure of a piston in the limit position of piston rod out all of the finite element analysis.According to structure analysis results improved and verified by finite element analysis again,finally it is concluded that the structure of the rational distribution of force.And according to the structure to improve the hydraulic cylinder.
