Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,and the extensive economic development model has brought about social problems such as excessive energy consumption,environmental pollution,structural imbalance and increasing income gap.As the main component of economic structure,industrial structure plays a major role in the kinetic energy conversion of economic growth,and also plays an important role in the energy adjustment of low carbon development.Green energy-saving is the focus of modern economic development,carbon emissions as the core index to measure environmental quality,it has a key impact on industrial structure adjustment and high-quality economic development.To achieve economic growth,industrial structure optimization and upgrading and carbon emission reduction coordination Exhibition is the grasp point of economic policy.Systematic study of the relationship between carbon emissions,industrial structure and economic growth will not only deepen our understanding,but also benefit scientific decision-making.Based on the above background significance,this paper mainly studies two problems based on the relevant results: on the whole,how is the relationship between China's carbon emissions,industrial structure upgrading and economic growth? What is the difference in the effect intensity of the relationship between the three effects by region? In this paper,carbon emissions,industrial structure and economic growth are systematically studied in the same framework by combining theoretical analysis with empirical research,descriptive overview and econometric model test.Firstly,the relationship between carbon emissions,industrial structure and economic growth is analyzed from the theoretical point of view.and then described in the empirical analysis.Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2008 to 2017,this paper tries to construct the simultaneous equation model and select the sureg estimation method to verify the hypothesis.The conclusions are as follows: First,the interaction among carbon emissions,industrial structure upgrading and economic growth in China.Economic growth and carbon emission reduction are interrelated,two-way interaction,the development of the economy will promote the reduction of carbon emissions,the implementation of carbon emission reduction will also promote economic growth.Industrial structureoptimization and upgrading are related to carbon emission reduction,two-way interaction,industrial structure upgrading will reduce carbon emissions,the implementation of carbon emission reduction will also promote industrial structure optimization and upgrading.Economic growth and industrial structure also show interrelated,two-way interaction,economic growth will promote industrial structure adjustment and upgrading,industrial structure optimization and upgrading will also promote economic growth.Secondly,in the study of the interaction between economic growth and industrial structure,the establishment of the structural dividend hypothesis is confirmed.The growth of carbon emissions and the volatility of growth rate are related to the evolution of industrial structure in China.Thirdly,it is found that the relationship between carbon emission,industrial structure and economic growth is as follows: economic growth and carbon emission are mutually reinforcing in the eastern region,economic growth and carbon emission reduction in the central and western regions are mutually interactive and mutually reinforcing,and the effect intensity is greater than that in the western region.Table on the relationship between carbon emissions and industrial structure Now: the upgrading of industrial structure in the east and central region significantly reduces carbon emissions,and the effect intensity is greater in the east than in the middle,while the upgrading of industrial structure in the western region will increase carbon emissions;the implementation of carbon emission reduction in the eastern region will promote the upgrading of industrial structure,and the effect of carbon emission reduction in the middle and western region on industrial structure upgrading is not obvious.The relationship between economic growth and industrial structure is as follows: economic growth and industrial structure upgrading interact and promote each other,and the effect intensity decreases in turn.Based on the above conclusions,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
