Air pollution not only destroys the environmental quality of the region,but also harms people's health.In recent years,the rapid deterioration of air quality in China,and frequent haze phenomenon in most parts of the Middle East,which have a great negative impact on people's health and transportation,and air pollutants generated by human activities are the main reasons causing these bad phenomena.The pollution of air environment has become one of the focuses of our society,and it's urgent to control the pollution.With the flow of air,the air pollution will be transmitted between the adjacent areas,which make the pollution structure of atmospheric environment have a regional difference,and increase the complexity of the regional environmental governance.The traditional pollution control mode of one's own free has been difficult to obtain good effectiveness of pollution control.Therefore,the regional atmospheric environmental management must break the traditional single governance model,across the administrative barriers,coordinate and solve the problem of environmental pollution.In the process of the management of the atmospheric environment,the coordination of various provinces and cities in the region is the key to achieve good governance effectiveness.It is not only the basic requirements of the air pollution prevention and control in our country,but also the basic guarantee to obtain the best governance effectiveness in various regions.Researching the coordination model and method of atmospheric environmental management decision making has great significance for promoting the coordinated management of the atmosphere in our country.In this paper,we study the coordination method of the environmental management decision-making in adjacent regions,combined with the pollution footprint theory,and build a non-cooperative game model of the environmental management of the adjacent area by using the target variables of green GDP.The results showed that in the case of regional atmospheric environmental management decision-making coordination,spread coefficient of air pollution and the coverage of forest land have positive correlation on GDP growth,while the amount of incoming air pollution,the land price sensitive degree,the cost of woodland's planting and maintenance have negative correlation on GDP growth.Subsequently,we use the model to analysis Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region empirically,and it was found that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region's environment management is coordinated in atmospheric pollution transmission level and land price sensitive degree,and in the forest coverage and the cost of planting and management and protection,the environment management is not coordinated.
