Lithocarpus Litseifolius belonging to the Fagaceae of Lithocarpus,and is a new resource food with tea,sugar,medicine three kinds of function.Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.belonging to Caprifoliaceae of Lonicera Linn,and is a medicine food and medicinal materials in our country,and one of the main source of traditional Chinese medicine was called honeysuckle.Two kinds of plant resources are rich.In order to expand the scope of application and further expand economic value,make full use of medical resources,increase the income of farmers,the two species can be developed for the compatibility of health tea beverage.This experiment is based on the modern technology of instant tea,to explore the development of Yinduo healthTea preparation process.The research used Lithocarpus Litseifolius and Lonicera macranthoides as raw materials.extraction process,clarification and concentration process,the drying process,were studied.The two extracts were combined and made into instant health tea.The extraction rate,the content of phloridzin,the extraction rate of Lonicera macranthoides and chlorogenic acid in the extract were investigated by water extraction method.The extraction temperature,extraction time,water addition Fold and the number of extraction and other major factors to study and optimize the extraction process.The soluble solid content,pH and light transmittance of tea were tested after adopting different pore size filtration method and high speed centrifugal treatment.Study on different drying methods of concentrated liquid and the rapid solubility of the extract.The obtained extract was blended,and sensory evaluation was carried out to obtain the optimum blending ratio.The results show:The optimum extraction conditions about Lithocarpus Litseifolius were as follows: extraction temperature 95 ?,extraction time 45 min,water 10 times,extraction times 2 times.300 mesh cotton gauze initial filtration,mixing diatomite decompression suction filtration,vacuum concentration,vacuum freeze-drying.The obtained extract was reddish-brown and loose solid,with bitterness and sweet taste.The optimum extraction conditions about Lonicera macranthoides were as follows: extraction temperature 90 ?,extraction time 45 min,water quantity 15 times,extraction times 2 times.300 mesh cotton gauze initial filtration,decompression suction filtration,vacuum concentration,vacuum freeze-drying.The obtained extract is a yellow-green loose solid,and has unique fragrance and bitter taste of Lonicera macranthoides flower bud.According to the sensory evaluation,the optimal allocation plan of Yinduo instant health tea was determined as 2: 1.The product is yellow brown powder,after brewing with Lonicera macranthoides flower buds unique fragrance and Lithocarpus Litseifolius unique sweetness.
