On the basis of the company's existing automation level,closely around the needs of the advanced control system,perfect the basic automation design,makes every effort to test the measurement accuracy reliability of single loop control,ensure stable and reliable operation of the process of production.Through a stable and reliable basic automation system,the basis of the reference for optimization control system at home and abroad(such as: the chart Thai ACT),introduces the key technology and important on-line detection analysis equipment,to achieve the optimal control of the key working procedure and the main process.In dealing with the selected base test conditions and the basic control loop was put into operation,the introduction of domestic and foreign mature technology,with advanced processing control grinding of floating system optimization control work,focusing on filling control and loop optimization of lapping machine,and the intelligent optimization of the cyclone,the bubble size and velocity of floatation,liquid level,grade and recovery to carry out the optimization.Finally realizing the optimal process,achieving energy saving and consumption,raise production index,and further improve the economic benefit level of project operation.Beneficiation production management information system(MES),grinding float data to support optimization control system,through the data extract,preliminary establish production management system of concentrator,gradually formed plant-level manufacturing execution system oriented information integration platform,involved in the coordination of material,energy,storage,transportation,measuring,testing,scheduling,and control management.
