Study On Evaluation Method Of Vehicle Equipment Support Ability

The Vehicle equipment support is one of the important contents of the troops equipment support work, is an efficient way to maintain and recover army's battle effectiveness. With the war combined more information, moreover requirements and questions are submitted to vehicle equipment support system. How to enhance the Vehicle equipment support ability for providing accurate logistics support and adapting the future war is one of the important research subjects for our equipment support in nowadays.It is imperative to evaluate the vehicle equipment support system for clear knowledge of task progress and result of the system. So, it is highly necessary for us to study and realize the assessment system for vehicle equipment support because of the traits and demands of vehicle equipment support under the modern war's circumstance, and the system can be utilized to assist commander in making decision quickly and exactly. However, the field of theory and application technology involved much and miscellaneous, and it is large and complex system engineering for assessing the performance of the vehicle equipment support system. The research content is as follows:(1) Analyzing the tactics vehicle equipment support system, especially its basis factors, decision process and decision information.(2) Structuring of vehicle equipment support capability evaluation index system. On the basis of system analysis of the factors which vehicle equipment support ability, the risk assessment index system including 6 first grade indices,17 second grade indices and 56 third grade indices was founded by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and its construction principles and index meanings were explained sufficiently.(3) Choosing the evaluation method of vehicle equipment support ability based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Summarizing the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and building a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of vehicle equipment support ability, combining with the practical case to verify the effectiveness of the model.(4) from the beginning of requirement analysis, analyze and design the main functional modules, structural figure, database system and model base system of the vehicle equipment support ability assessment system. Besides, choose corresponding tools of software and hardware to program and finally realize this system with a view to security strategy. The paper finally also has carried on the test and the movement situation to the realization system appraised the result has carried on the introduction.
