With the continuous development of human society, coal, oil and other energy needs are growing fast.But the huge consumption of those traditional energy will lead to air pollution, water pollution and other environment problems. Because of the emergence of distributed power supply, the various renewable energy largely have replaced the traditional energy,and have been changed into electric power to meet the social end users without Long distance transmission, easing effectively the contradiction between development and the environment. Microgrid connects the renewable energy and users as a whole, being a focus of current academic research. In recent years, it is a future trend of microgrid that making multiple microgrids into a whole as multi-microgrid where every microgrid could be able to support each other.Based on the Domestic and foreign research on multi-microgrid and the evaluation system research on traditional large grid, the comprehensive evaluation index system of micro network group was established in this paper with studying deeply the evaluation index of reliability, economic benefits, energy-saving and emission-reduction, grid-friendly, adaptability of schemes and system coordination and so on. According to the different characteristics of indicators in the index system of multi-microgrid, each index was defined in detail description. Thus scientific and complete multilevel evaluation index system for multi-microgrid plan include of power quality, reliability, economy, environmental protecting and coordination was built in this paper. The paper also further investigated AHP principle and development which is suitable for multi-level evaluation index system and correlative DEAHP, TFN-AHP, and then compared the advantages and disadvantages of each method above, determining the most suitable evaluation method for multi-microgrid plan. In the light of different evaluation algorithms, the TFN-AHP was employed to evaluate the multi-microgrid plan based on the intensive comparison among different methods, transforming the problem of calculating the weight into a constrained optimization problem. And the efficient and reliable HBBBC algorithm was used to solve the problem. On the basis of those work, the TFN-AHP was corrected and improved into a new algorithm called OTFN-AHP. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by the analysis of calculation examples.In this paper, three options of a multi-microgrid demonstration project in Guangxi were evaluated in detail using the built evaluation system and model. The in-depth analysis of the comprehensive evaluation for multi-microgrid planning verified the validity and feasibility of the established evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model which was able to provide basis for decision making of multi-microgrid planning in the future and of practical significance for the practical engineering problems.
