Research Of Regional Spatial Economic Resilience Assessment And Optimization Strategiesof Urban Agglomerations In Central China

With China's “Rise of Central China” and other policies accelerating regional development, the central region highlighted typical urban agglomerations such as Wuhan Agglomeration, Chang Zhu Tan “3+5” Agglomeration and Central Plain Agglomeration. However due to the differences in various agglomerations in history, resources and specific cities inside agglomerations, they reflect in different degrees in different space level(macro, meso and micro). this thesis is based on the regional elasticity theory, analyzing the three major urban agglomerations of regional economic resiliency and offer professional advice to optimize urban agglomeration in different space level.This research consists of three main parts, the first part is literature review of previous research. And presents theoretical research of the development and practice of regional economic resilience and development and elastic theory related to urban agglomerations.The second part is the core of the theory and the main part of the article, including thethird, fourth and fifth chapters. The third chapter is to build economic resilience and calculation of Hubei, Henan and Hunan provinces urban agglomeration economic resilience index evaluation system. The fourth chapter is a evaluation analysis of Hubei, Henan and Hunan provinces urban agglomeration of economic flexibility. Respectively, from the economic resilience in space and time dimensions start, from the regional economic resilience overall macro level, meso and micro-level sub-regional level were the core city economic resilienceevaluation.And on this basis, evaluate the regional economic resilience from the overall level, the threeattributes of economic resilience(stability, sensitivity, and respond) and the different urban agglomeration levels. The fifth chapter is about optimization measures on Hubei, Henan and Hunan provinces urban agglomerationeconomies flexible space.The last part is the conclusion, summarizing the main results of research and innovation points, and to propose inadequate parts of research. There is also some discussion of the problems, and finally to proposals for further research.
