Research On Testing Method Of Smart Substation Based On RTDs

With development of demand and micro-grid of substation, communication and photoelectric technology is applied in smart substation. The fusion of primary and secondary equipment and high integration in samrt substation bring change into operation mode of smart substation.Firstly, structure of smart substation is described. Status Quo and corresponding test method is shown. Secondary, the paper takes program of Hejia 220 kV smart substation as background, setting up real time simulation model of primary system, forming loop-locked test with sencondery system. Showing all data in the whole substation on the plateform, which control entirety or subentry of primary and sencondary system. Key technology of substation in the process of regulation is described and analysised briefly. Structure of smart faced highly integrated function is introduced. Principle of three nets-in-one is elaborated. And quantitative analysis is done on data flow. The feasibility of three nets-in-one is confirmed.Structure and principle of synchronization is introduced. Working way of synchronization is analysised and test plan is given. Thirdly, an Integrative Platform of Total Substation is shown in this paper,. Whole data in substation is accommodated in the platform to be footstone of dynamic simulation test station.On the basis of platform, the paper do simulation of some typical fault in primary system, and monitor the action of protection to realize test of the whole substation. In order to verify the new method of dynamic simulation test station.The new method is push to a new height.This paper carried out a simulation of smart substation when primary system fault.Simulation results are presented to prove the method. Therefore, testing method of smart substation with whole data based on RTDS is feasible.
