The Influence Of Key Success Factors Of Urban Renewal Projects On Project Performance

Since China’s reform and opening up,the economic level has developed rapidly,the scale of cities and towns has increased,and the problems existing in cities have gradually become prominent.Population aggregation,land resources and aging of urban areas lead to the limited development of urban areas.In this social background,many cities began to carry out urban renewal,and some large cities took urban renewal as the focus of urban development.In order to better promote the construction of urban renewal and realize the sustainable development of the city,it is necessary to explore and study the development mechanism of urban renewal,so that the urban renewal management party can grasp the key points of urban renewal,improve the successful probability of urban renewal,and reduce the emergence of social contradictions.Taking urban renewal as the research object,combs the research status,the connotation of urban renewal,the definition of project success and the concept of performance through literature analysis,the sustainable development theory,governance theory,stakeholder theory,public satisfaction theory and other related theories are summarized to lay a scientific theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Through the case study,literature analysis of the key success factors of urban renewal preliminary summary,according to the recommendations of expert interviews,at last,24 key success factors including government policy factor,public participation factor,developer strength factor,project building factor,project management factor and coordination factor were determined.Analyzes the construction principle of the performance evaluation index of Urban Renewal,and identifies the performance index through literature reading,by using the vertical logic model,the indexes are classified from four aspects: Project Input,project process,project output and project effect,and the Performance Index System of urban renewal is constructed,and select the most characteristic of the twelve indicators as the performance of urban renewal project indicators of observation.The approach is the structural equation model,put forward 12 hypotheses of the impact of key success factors of urban renewal project on performance,and obtain project data by questionnaire survey.By SPSS26.0 questionnaire obtained project data validity test,preliminary influence model with AMOS24.0,through the comparison of the result value and the standard value,the initial model is revised,finally get the optimal adaptation of urban renewal project key success factors on the project performance model.Combined with the related theories,the paper explains the five paths that affect the performance of urban renewal project,and provides the reference for the successful implementation of urban renewal project in our country.Through the quantitative and systematic research on urban renewal,the structural equation model is applied to the field of the impact of urban renewal performance,which expands the research methods in this field.At the same time for the successful implementation of urban renewal points for attention,improve the performance of urban renewal,prevent social contradictions,promote the sustainable development of our cities.Figure [ sixteen] table [ eighteen] reference [one hundred and thirteen]...
