The Research On The Improvement Of FuRunYuan Project Schedule Management

At the same time, this paper extracts the data of the progress management in the project, and simulates the process of the FuRunYuan project by P6 software.Through simulation of the progress management of FuRunYuan project, the advantages of P6 software are summarized. At last, the development trend of project schedule management is prospected.
