| Elevator sliding door is usually driven with a DC or AC rotary motor. Although the DC motor has a good control performance, and the AC motor has a simple construction, both need complex mechanism to transfer rotary motion to linear motion. In this thesis, a novel LIM-driven elevator sliding door system, which omits the complex mechanism, is designed. A special constant voltage variable frequency (CVVF) strategy is designed to reduce the acoustic noise. Otherwise, the result of analyzing the LIM using FEM soft is also presented. Finally, experimental results are given, verifying the system performance. |
