Research On The Project Management Of The Security System Construction Of College Student Activity Site

Security system is a kind of information system with high level of intelligence.It is characterized by the distinct and fast technology updating, complex system functions and wide spans. At present, there are a lot of strong security engineering enterprises, but there is still a gap which the intelligent level of domestic security system and construction standards between people’s realistic need,mainly embodied in he function design of the system below the standard, non-standard construction procedures, and the defective construction quality.The author acquainted with construction of student activity site and status of the security system in several universities by consulting data, on-site visits and interviews, etc. At present, most universities are paying more attention to constructions of security system to improve the level of school security. But there are still some problems: First, intelligent level of the system is not high: The security system in campus only has the single function of video surveillance and access control, between each subsystem run independently, the lack of linkage mechanism.Second, the system function is not targeted: and there is no demand analysis that can combine with the actual needs of different places. Third, system design is not standardized: In the early stage, it lacks the overall structure design and functional design of the system, and even there is no design part; Fourth, Due to the limited working energy and professional management staff is not strong, the school as a landlord, it is difficult to give effective supervision on construction of security system process. Fifth, without a scientific system evaluation index: In the part of the system after the completion of acceptance, the evaluation for the system construction is limited in the demonstration of the system function, lack of a scientific evaluation index for building the system of overall quality evaluation.Aim at premise surveys master the problem of the building security system,this paper propose the EPC model to building security system, in the condition of ensuring the quality construction, can effectively reduce the impact of construction quality due to the Managers in Universities energy input inadequate and Lack ofprofessionalism. First of all, combined with the actual needs of students event venues,proposed to building security systems integration platform with the functions of Video surveillance, illegal intrusion early warning, Perimeter alarm, Access control,at the same time, in basis of value Engineering theory as instruction, do a good security system in the quality control of design phase by the way of organize Design Mixed. During the system construction phase, in basis of total quality management theory as instruction, it respectively use the fish-bone diagram, 5S management method, "PDCA cycle" and so on project quality management methods,discuss on doing good management measures of whole system construction,improving the level of system construction, ensuring the quality of system construction. Finally, aim at the overall performance and own safety after the system completion formulate an evaluation index, in order to Comprehensive evaluate the quality of system construction.
