The Research On The Water Resource In Zhuji And Its Sustainable Utility

With the development of water utilization, how to realize the sustainable development of water resources has been a great concern, and Zhuji is also faced with the problem. The paper selected Zhuji as the research object. Based on the full research of water resource utility, the writer analyzed and generalized the main issues in water resource utility; also, the writer did a comprehensive and systematic strategic research on how water resource utility could support sustainable economic and social development of the cities and promote the urbanization process. A lot has to be done to achieve the water sustainable development.Most importantly, a systemic planning, a systemic management rules and scientific water supply planning are needed in Zhuji. To enhance water resource management, improve water use sustainability and stimulate sustainable development of society, economy and ecology. It has practical significance to find some measures to reduce such adverse effects from the macroeconomic policy-making level. Through literature research, field survey, comparative study, this paper draws a new perspective and reasonable analysis method, in order to enhance the persuasive power of the article and achieve the purpose of the research and forecast.The results are as followed:(1) to put forward the overall thought of urban and rural water supply in Zhuji City:taking Chencai reservoir, Shebi reservoir, Qingshan reservoir, Yongning reservoir, Sixiazhang reservoir as the main source of the urban and rural water supply, and Pu Yangjiang and river as a strategic reserve of water to ensure the urban and rural water supply and the safe drinking water. (2) based on the agricultural industrial water consumption. The water supply scope of this paper includes the towns of Zhuji City, put forward policy suggestions for the future use of water in Zhuji, and point out the problems and prospects of the future water use in Zhuji. Obviously, the water resources planning and water distribution pipelines planning will greatly promote the water supply ability in Zhuji. Besides, the planning is made on the basis of Zhuji, and that is meant that it can be a good suggestion for Zhuji in the terms of water supply system constructions.
